Nashville requires a barrier around any pool deeper than 24 inches. If you do not have a compliant fence, we quote one.
Most of a pool's price is the hole, not the pool
A dug-in pool needs excavation, a retaining structure, a heavy crane and a season of dirt. The Little Pool Co. shell has its own exoskeleton, so it stands on a pad. The cladding is the finished face, the equipment ships pre-plumbed, and the whole thing runs off a 15-amp outlet. That is the difference between $58,700 and the $85,000-plus a fully in-ground pool starts at.

Fiberglass pool prices, asked straight
How much does a fiberglass pool cost in Nashville?
Installed and ready to swim, a Little Pool Co. fiberglass plunge pool from Wallaby Pools runs from $58,700 for the Plunge 2.8 to $72,600 for the Relax 6.3, delivered and set above ground on a flat, accessible lot, plus a $4,500 design and permitting fee. That is $63,200 to $77,100 all-in, or about $610 to $745 a month with financing. Steps, a heater, decking and fencing are extra.
Why are these cheaper than the $85,000 I have seen quoted for fiberglass?
Because they are set above ground on a compacted pad with plug-in 120V equipment. No excavation, no retaining wall, a light crane and no special wiring. Most of a pool's price is the site work, not the shell, and an above-ground set removes most of it. A fully in-ground fiberglass or concrete install still starts around $85,000.
What is included in the price?
The pool shell with coping, fascia and full cladding in your color, the Plug-N-Plunge equipment package (variable-speed pump, cartridge filter, mineral sanitation, returns, LED light on Relax models), freight from the factory, the base pad, the crane and set crew, a dedicated GFCI outlet and bonding, final connections, fill and startup, permit fees, inspection and a handover walkthrough.
What is not included?
Design and permitting ($4,500, required on every pool), access steps or a platform (from $3,900), a heat/cool pump (from $5,200), 230V equipment upgrades, decking, fencing, landscaping, and any sloped-lot, retaining or long-reach crane work. You get an itemized quote after a free site walk.
Which pools are in stock?
As of the latest factory inventory: three Plunge 2.8 (Pacific, Sapphire, Quartz), one Relax 5.2 (Sapphire) and five Relax 6.3 (one Sapphire, four Quartz). A 10% deposit takes a pool off the list. Plunge 3.8 and Relax 4.0 are made to order, usually 6 to 8 weeks.
Can I finance it?
Yes. HFS Financial and Lyon Financial both offer unsecured loans with no credit impact to check your options. The monthly figures on this page are illustrative at 9.99% APR over 20 years on the all-in price. Details and a payment estimator are on the pool financing page.
Can it go in the ground instead?
Yes, the same shell goes semi-recessed or fully in-ground. In-ground adds excavation, a standpipe and more site work, so expect in-ground installs to start around $85,000 finished.
How long does it take?
Once the pad and the outlet are ready, crane day is one day. In-stock pools can be on site in two to three weeks from deposit, depending on the freight schedule. Made-to-order models add the factory lead time.
Why do you publish prices when other pool builders do not?
Because a factory-built shell set on a pad has a knowable price, and you deserve to see it before you call. Custom gunite pools do not, which is why those builders ask for a consult first. We would rather you know the number, check the monthly payment, and call us already comfortable.
